By using NDARUTEZANO services at ndarutezano.my.id, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Services

NDARUTEZANO is an authorized Google Workspace reseller providing licenses, activation, and support for Google Workspace to businesses. Our services include:

Sale of Google Workspace licenses (Business Starter, Standard, Plus, Enterprise).
Activation and configuration of Google Workspace domains.
Technical support and customer service.

2. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
The information you provide must be accurate, current, and complete.
You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized activity on your account.
Each individual is permitted to have only one account.

3. Payments

Service prices are listed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and are subject to 11% VAT.
Payments are processed securely through our payment gateway (Midtrans).
Subscriptions will renew automatically according to the selected billing cycle (monthly/annual).
Proof of payment (invoice) will be sent to your registered email address.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds can be requested within 7 days of payment if the service has not yet been activated.
No refunds will be issued for subscriptions that have already been activated and used.

5. Prohibited Uses

Users are prohibited from using our services for:

Any illegal activities or violating applicable local and international regulations.
Sending spam or distributing malicious content through Google Workspace.
Reselling licenses without our express written consent.
Attempting to compromise the security or access other users' data without authorization.

6. Service Availability

While we strive to maintain 24/7 service availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be notified in advance. Google Workspace availability is subject to Google's own Service Level Agreement (SLA).

7. Limitation of Liability

NDARUTEZANO is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the 30 days preceding the claim.

8. Changes to Services

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate services at any time with reasonable notice. Price changes will be notified at least 30 days in advance.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes shall be resolved amicably, or if no agreement is reached, through the competent courts of Indonesia.
